Who we are

We are a 5-person Web3 operations team focused on product testing, multi-account execution, testnets, airdrops and growth support.

We don’t just “click tasks” — we build repeatable processes: from research and infrastructure set-up to structured reporting and real, on-chain user activity.

1. Scope of Responsibility

🔧 Web3 Operations

• Working with large sets of accounts: preparation, structure, control
• Testing protocols and dApps: DEXes, bridges, lending, L2 networks, NFT, games — any Web3 activity that can be scaled
• Completing campaigns, quests, testnets and integrations “as real users”
• Keeping detailed tables, logs and progress tracking with precise reporting

🧪 Product Testing / QA

• Manual testing of new Web3 products and networks
• Building user journeys (from first touch to advanced actions)
• Catching bugs, UX issues, edge cases, stuck transactions
• Collecting feedback in a structured format (reports / screenshots / video)

🌐 Multi-chain Experience

We have hands-on experience with most major ecosystems:

• L1 / L2: Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, zkSync, Starknet, Linea, Scroll, Solana
• DEX / Perps / DeFi: Hyperliquid, GMX, Aevo, various perp DEXes, DEXes across L2s
